1. MOST GEN X INTERESTED IN OURA RING

In addition to having the largest proportion of Millennial mentions, the Oura Ring also has the most appeal to consumers aged 55-64.

2. WOMEN PREFER THE APPLE WATCH

Though men dominate the conversation around all three devices, the Apple Watch is a clear favorite among female users.

3. FITBIT CUSTOMERS ARE LEAST SATISFIED

Although Apple Watch had the highest customer satisfaction, Oura ring came in second as customers recognized and praised the ring’s versatility and compactness.

4. OURA CUSTOMERS PREFER FORUMS

Whilst Apple Watch and Fitbit customers mostly use Twitter to discuss their products, Oura Ring users are more active on forums.
