SETTING UP TALKWALKER DASHBOARDS FOR A TELCO BRAND
A telecommunications client operating in Texas was looking for assistance with setting up and building out their social listening services. The client, currently using Talkwalker, needed to build out various brand and competitive listening dashboards and queries to better understand their performance and stay competitive in their respective market.
Upon gathering their objectives, vision, and necessary product information, RILA’s team created multiple monitors, dashboards, queries, and tags in their Talkwalker account. We strategically advised the client on best practices for establishing a social listening infrastructure and developed a Knowledge Library so this brand can further grow business intelligence internally and promote their work.
