HOW SOCIAL MEDIA DATA INFLUENCED MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS IN EUROPE

In order to properly evaluate companies which were front runners for M&A, a client consulted with RILA GLOBAL’s team on what will influence the demand for technology on the European market.

Our approach was simple – using API to plug in high volumes of data in the data warehousing tool of our client, we were able to analyze volumes, peaks and trends in how users acquire technology.  This helped us understand the attitudes that influence software / app demand across a few specific markets. Our data and  research provided our client with guidance on possible trends in the space and helped them make an informed decision about the frontrunners they had selected.
